Maximus Elite places chefs, front-of-house and full back-of-house teams into London's premium restaurant, hotel and members' club venues. Founder-led, relationship-driven, far enough above the volume agencies that the work earns its own rates.
The brief was sharp: a brand that read as serious hospitality talent, not a job-board. The landing page had to do dual duty — pitch employers and candidates without watering down either side — and convert without leaning on lifestyle stock photography.
What was built: identity, type system, photography direction, and a single landing page architected around the two-audience flip. Editorial restraint, warm grayscale photography, gold accent. Live on the client's domain.
